Bending machine type ZRD-M

The manual bending machine is designed for the manual cutting and bending of metal sheets while observing the parameters specified by the manufacturer. It is made of top quality steel, powder coated. The fittings and small parts are protected against corrosion with zinc. The bending machine is designed in such a way that it is possible to correct individual elements. This design has resulted in a very high rigidity of the bending machine. The bending machine also has several adjustments of the mechanical elements, such as: the inclination angle of the clamping beam, the clamping force of the clamping beam and the setting of the symmetry of the beam’s position in relation to the lower beam. The circular knife, when cutting the sheet metal, can remain in the guides at the edge of the bending machine without having to put it down. All components of the bending machine design are adjusted and there is no need to adjust them. The machine is designed for work on site, on the roof. It can be lifted (even by a staircase) onto the roof without any problems.
