MECHANICAL SEGMENT BENDING MACHINE ZMZS

The mechanical bending machine is designed for manual cutting and mechanical bending of metal sheets, while observing the parameters specified by the manufacturer. It is made of top quality steel, powder coated. The fittings and small parts are protected against corrosion with zinc. The bending machine is designed in such a way that it is possible to adjust individual elements. This design has resulted in a very high rigidity of the bending machine. The bending machine also has several adjustments of the mechanical components, such as the angle of the clamping beam, the clamping force of the clamping beam and the setting of the symmetry of the position of the beam in relation to the lower beam. All components of the bending machine design are adjusted and there is no need to adjust them. The ZMZS machine is distinguished by segments on the bottom and bending beam in lengths of 50, 75, 100, 150mm (other segment lengths can be prepared to order). The segments on both beams enable, among other things, the bending of ventilation ducts.
