Manual swaging machine type ZLB

Manual gouging machine designed for gouging reinforcing grooves, bending the edges of steel, copper and aluminium sheets. Made of 16mm sheet metal reinforced with flat bars. Maximum distance of rollers from the body – 440 mm. Maximum thickness of steel sheet to be machined is 1.20 mm. Includes 7 sets of interchangeable stones. An innovative solution is the removable attachment – twisting machine, used to bend bars and flat bars into circles. This set is suitable for rods fi 5,6,8. Another solution is a set of cutting discs, giving the possibility of cutting closed pipes to size and cutting holes in sheet metal. We will make other sets of stones on request. The stand is part of the set, the gouging machine can be mounted in a vice.
