BENDING MACHINE TYPE ZRD

The manual bending machine is designed for manual cutting and bending of metal sheets with the parameters specified by the manufacturer. It is made of the highest quality steel, painted with powder varnish. Accessories and small parts are protected against corrosion with zinc. The bending machine is designed so that it is possible to correct individual elements. This design allowed to obtain a very high rigidity of the bending machine. The bending machine also has several adjustments of mechanical elements, such as the angle of inclination of the clamping bar, the clamping force of the clamping bar and the setting of the symmetry of the position of the bar in relation to the bottom bar. The circular knife in the process of cutting the sheet metal can stay in the guides at the edge of the bending machine without being put down. All components of the bending machine design are adjusted and there is no need to adjust them.
