The manual swaging machine for execution of grooves intended to reinforce plates, for bending steel, copper and aluminium plate edges. Made of 16 mm sheet metal reinforced with flat bars. Maximum distance of rolls from the device body – 440 mm. Maximum thickness of the processed steel plate is 1.20 mm. The device includes 7 sets of interchangeable dies. Twisting machine as an attachment is an innovative solution enabling twisting bars and flat bars to form circles. This set is intended for bars of the following diameters: 5, 6 and 8. Other interesting solution is a set of cutting discs offering the possibility to cut the closed pipes to the size as well as cutting openings in steel plates. We can manufacture other sets of dies on request. The rack is included in the set. Universal swaging machine can be also mounted in a vice.
